Hope everyone is having a good start of the year.

 

Today I want to write about hydration for  the hair.

 

Many of you may tried different products to moisturize and hydrate the hair, but my question is do you really see or feel the difference?

Spending a lot of money on hair care but actually your hair never really be hydrated or nourished. ( or you don’t know if it’s working or not)

 

Or – don’t really know how to take care of the hair so never bought or done anything to moisturize.

 

Or – Just buying daily shampoo and conditioner/ masks from drug store which  can be affordable.

 

I think this can be a case for everyone.

 

I’ve been looking at all kinds of hair for long time due to my work, I can say many people don’t know how to look after your own hair.

 

It’s really important to know how to take a good care, so that your hair can shine more, looking hydrated, nice and smooth, no tangling.

 

I know your hair will improve more if you take a good care.

But everyone has different hair, please do not buy products that your friends recommend, even if it’s working for them, doesn’t mean it’s working for you.

Basically all you need to start with is moisturizer and  hair masks with good ingredients. No supermarket or drug store products.

Please stay minimum and simple!

 

I can also recommend products which suits your hair the best when you come for the appointments , and probably recommend to do deep conditioning treatment at the salon ( this apply to EVERYONE!! ) but the most  importantly, daily hair care is the key.

 

Even if you do take a good care at the salon, you use not good  quality products everyday doesn’t help to hydrate your hair. Doesn’t need to be expensive but needs to be good quality of ingredients.

 

I rather want to have hydrated hair than dry hair when it comes to wearing the long hair! ( personally!! But also professionally !! )
