All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

DEPOSITS

We require a 50% deposit for clients.

We love our hairdressers and we know you do to! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled within the 24-hour period, you will be charged from 50%  or more of the full scheduled service price. (the deposit that you paid) This can be more than 50% depending on the appointment.

We make sure every guest is made aware of our No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy when scheduling an appointment through text message/email reminders

We will secure each guest’s billing information on file prior to scheduling any service

When an appointment is missed we will automatically charge 100% of the scheduled service price to the card on file

If necessary, the next appointment cannot be scheduled without amending the missed or late-cancelled appointment (including missing appointments due to late arrival)

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact our hairdressers and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect our hairdressers’ time as much as we try to respect yours.

CANCELLATIONS

If we don’t receive 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable. All returning clients who fail to turn up for an appointment will be required to pay a deposit for their next service.We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the amount of no-shows and clients waiting for an appointment with us.
